Basketball is a way of living, not just a sport. See our training in action, from grassroots basics to competitive tournament preparation. Join the grind.

This is a special message from Darshini Thirunavukkarasu of the senior Indian women's basketball team. I am proud to have her support for the academy. Her words are proof that with hard work, you can reach the highest level of Indian basketball.

I believe in hands on coaching. Here I am demonstrating a crossover drill to my Under 10 players. They are all watching, learning, and ready to try it themselves. This is how we build skills, by doing.

It all starts with the basics. This is one of my youngest players learning ball control. I tell them, "aage aaiye, control the ball". Building a strong foundation in youth basketball is the most important step.

I provide dedicated coaching for all my players, including the Under 14 girls team. This video shows a tutorial on a clean move in the paint, breaking down the steps so they can master it for game situations.

This is what it's all about. One of my players, Ridhdeep Singh, sharing his success after being selected for the CBSE clusters tournament. Hard work pays off, and I am proud of every player's journey.

A team of champions. Here are some of my players proudly holding their certificates after a successful event. Seeing their happy faces after they have worked so hard is my biggest reward as a coach.

I lead by example on the court. This is me showing the kids what is possible with dedication. A dunk is not just about jumping, it is about power, timing, and practice.

About Featured

I do not believe in slowing things down just because a player is new. Even in our beginner group cohorts, we train at game speed. You will not find us standing around. We focus on real-court repetition because that is exactly how you build the muscle memory needed for consistent dribbling and defensive slides.

Let us talk about how we actually build players at the Kids Basketball Academy. Whether you are signing up for the 3-day Standard Skills program or the 6-day Elite Performance track, the philosophy is the same: winning is a habit, not luck.

The Training Philosophy

In our foundational sessions, we strip the game down to the basics. We use markers and agility ladders to make sure your footwork is solid before you even take a shot. You will learn to control the ball with both hands, not just your dominant one, until it becomes automatic. This is the 'aage aaiye' mindset—always stepping forward into the play.

Moving to Elite Performance

If you are ready for the Elite Performance track, we move inside the paint. We focus on tactical awareness, Eurosteps, and proper spacing. This is not just theory. We run 1v1 isolation drills and full-court scrimmage matches with proper refereeing. You need to know how to finish at the rim when the game is on the line.

Competition Readiness

I train on hard courts, exactly like the ones you will play on in tournaments. We do the heavy lifting—strength circuits, bodyweight work, and intense drills—so that when you step into the CBSE clusters or a district-level tournament, you are physically ready. We bridge the gap between being a kid who plays basketball and an athlete who understands how to win.

I am Ankit, the head coach here. I don't just teach basketball; I live it. My academy is about building that winning habit, whether you are 9 or 19. If you are ready to grind, let's grow the game together.
