Master 1v1 scoring and paint finishes. See my students and me breaking down Eurosteps, spin moves, and Jelly layups for game-time dominance.

The Eurostep is a powerful move to get past defenders. Here I am breaking down the footwork for my players during a training session at the DPS SV centre.

I always tell my players, the grind never stops. Here is a demonstration of a spin move to create space from a defender. Mastering this can make you a tough player to guard.

A post up move is essential for playing near the basket. This slow motion video shows the footwork and body position needed to execute it effectively.

The Jelly layup is a creative way to finish at the rim. It requires great body control and touch, which we develop through specific finishing drills.

This is a Pro hop step tutorial. It is an effective move to gather yourself for a shot or layup while keeping your pivot foot.

Here I am teaching a reverse pivot turn. This is a great 1v1 offensive move to protect the ball and create a scoring angle against a defender.

This player is working on a between the legs dribble into a pull up jump shot. This is a great drill for our Under 12 and Under 10 players to combine dribbling and shooting.

A high post move demonstration. From the high post, a player has many options to score or pass. We work on reading the defense from this position.

We practice at game speed. There are no slow drills here. This helps players get used to making quick decisions and executing moves under pressure.

This is what I call hustle. A player driving hard to the basket against a defender in a game situation. This is why we play.

About Advanced Scoring Moves

We do not just watch videos and copy moves. Every tutorial you see here gets put into practice at game speed during our sessions. If you are learning the Eurostep or a post-up move, you will be doing it against a live defender until the footwork becomes muscle memory, not just a theoretical step.
