About Statement Details & Craftsmanship
When you see bookmatched marble in our photos, it is not just a slab; it is the result of days spent hunting at quarries to find pieces that mirror each other perfectly. We do not just place orders. We personally inspect grains, test resin treatments, and ensure the cut works with the space’s natural light before a single piece is installed. This is our approach to every finish, from PVD brass handles to wall panelling.
Architecture is often seen in broad strokes, but we focus on the fine lines. Our work on statement details is driven by the belief that luxury is found in the connection between material and craft.
Our Approach to Materials
We don't just specify materials; we hunt for them. Whether it is sourcing Italian marble like Botticino or Grey William for a seamless floor pattern, or selecting the exact timber for door frames, our team is involved at every stage. For our luxury residential projects, we use waterjet technology to create intricate marble medallions that serve as the focal point of a room.
Precision in Metal and Wood
Metalwork is a signature of our style. We frequently utilize PVD-coated brass and gold finishes for partitions and handles, often collaborating with traditional artisans to ensure the quality is unmatched. These elements are designed to be functional art, not just decoration. Our woodwork follows a similar path; we use BWP Grade Plywood and natural veneers, ensuring that every join is tight and every finish is durable enough for real life.
Why Details Matter
Beyond aesthetics, our focus on details serves a structural purpose. Proper false ceiling detailing with cove provisions or correctly planned magnetic track lighting changes how a room feels throughout the day. By managing these small, complex decisions early in the process, we avoid the 'patchwork' look that happens when interior decisions are made too late. We want your home to look as cohesive and intentional on the day you move in as it does years later.

I am Ajay Kumar Verma, and for me, architecture is not just a job; it is a deeply personal pursuit. My team and I pour our hearts into every project, obsessing over the finish of a door handle just as much as the layout of the entire home.
