Functional & Unique Spaces That Just Work

I don't build rooms; I build lifestyles. Whether it is turning a spare room into a high-performance gym or crafting a home office that actually motivates you, I design for how you live, not for the magazines. Let's make your space do more.

A quick tour of the home gym in Project 86. We converted a spare room into a functional workout space, complete with a treadmill, weights, and a rowing machine, all separated by a cool, colorful glass partition.

An attic gym space, showing how we can transform unconventional areas into highly functional rooms. The sloped ceiling and skylights create a unique atmosphere for a workout.

About this collection

When we design a home gym or a private study, we aren't just placing furniture. We look at the friction points in your day. Take the attic gym we built—we didn't just throw equipment under the eaves. We planned storage for every single dumbbell and used specific lighting to make a tight space feel motivating. That is the kind of problem-solving I bring to your square footage.

I am not here to build a room that looks like a stock photo. A home gym shouldn't just be a treadmill in a corner, and a walk-in closet shouldn't just be a rack for clothes. These spaces need to serve your habits, not just look pretty in a picture.

It Starts With The Problem

Every functional space starts with an honest conversation about what you are actually doing in that room. In Project 86, the client needed a bachelor pad that could flip from a business office to a lounge area. We didn't settle for standard dividers. We used glass partitions that open up or close off depending on whether he is on a call or hosting a party. It is about flow.

The 'How' Behind The Design

  • Home Gyms: It is not about the equipment; it is about the energy. We focus on airflow, lighting, and dedicated storage so you can actually focus on your workout, not on moving gear out of the way.
  • Private Studies & Dens: Whether it is a desk made from marble or a quiet corner with a sea view, your workspace should change your mood the moment you walk in. If you are doing a 10-hour workday, the chair, the light, and the materials need to keep you going.
  • Walk-in Wardrobes: I treat these like jewelry boxes. It is about visibility, accessibility, and making sure your daily routine feels seamless.

Yeh baat hai—your home is a tool for living. If a room is not working for you, it is a waste of space. Let's change that.
