Bold & Social Living Spaces
I don't do boring. If you want a living room that starts conversations the moment people walk in, you're in the right place. These are spaces designed to be the life of the party.
A glimpse into the living room of Project 86. We sectioned the large space into different zones, using iconic furniture and a unique ombre wall effect to create a fun, casual atmosphere perfect for entertaining.
A closer look at the living room in Project 86. We paired a formal B&B Italia couch with a wild piece of art by Siddhartha Kararwal to create a space that’s both relaxed and full of personality.
This is the living room for "The Party Pad." We went with a dark, cozy color palette and a custom art piece depicting our version of The Last Supper. The ceiling is a backlit vinyl that can change colors to set the mood for any party.
A quick video tour showing the different zones of the Project 86 living room. You can see how the bubble couch, the Up chairs, and the custom art all come together to create a space that’s full of life.
This living room in Project 704 features a custom L-shaped couch in a rich teal velvet. We paired it with a bold black-and-white striped rug to add a graphic element and keep the space from feeling too serious.
Watch how we play with furniture and layout in this living room. The space is designed to be flexible, with pieces that can be moved around to suit any occasion, from a quiet night in to a full-blown party.
Another angle of the Project 704 living room. The contrast between the deep teal couch and the warm, earthy pink on the walls creates a dynamic yet inviting atmosphere.
About this collection
Forget accent walls. In projects like the Party Pad, we went for full-room immersion using Oikos stucco on every surface, not just one. When you are aiming for a high-energy social zone, you don't just buy a couch and call it a day; you control the lighting and the volume of the space so the room itself dictates the vibe.
When I design for social living, I am looking for a reaction. Take the Party Pad for example. We ditched the idea of a single accent wall and went for total immersion, using Oikos stucco on every wall and ceiling. We paired that with a backlit vinyl ceiling that changes color to match the party mood. It is not just a room, it is a machine for socialising.
In Project 86, the challenge was different. We had a massive, open space. Instead of filling it with generic furniture, we sectioned it into zones. We mixed a formal B&B Italia couch with wild, pop-culture-inspired art by Siddhartha Kararwal. It feels like an art gallery where you can actually put your feet up. That is the point of modern living room design; it needs to look iconic, but it has to be usable.
Then you have Project 704. Here, we played with daring color blocks, rich teal velvet couches against warm, earthy pink walls. It is bold, it is intense, and it works because we balanced it with smart layout planning. If you are tired of the standard neutral beige boxes, we should talk. My approach to luxury apartment interiors is about identity, not inventory. Whether it is custom furniture from my Matilda collection or sourcing global brands, we build a space that feels like it belongs only to you. You don't have to follow trends, you just need a home that feels like an extension of your own personality.
