Custom Art & Furniture: Designs That Make a Statement

Don't just fill your space with store-bought items. I design custom furniture, art, and hardware that feel like they belong to you. From marble consoles to cast-aluminum switches, these pieces are built to start conversations.

Here I am with my client next to the Monster Console we designed for his bachelor pad. It’s a functional sculpture, and it took courage from the client to go for something so different. That’s the kind of collaboration I love.

A full shot of the Monster Console in its element. It’s made from a single block of marble and integrates storage, speakers, and lighting. It’s art you can touch and use.

The Monster Console featured in India Today HOME. It’s described as a "perfect vignette" and a "strike a pose" piece, which is exactly what we were going for.

A conceptual render of a piece from my Monster 3.0 collection, designed in collaboration with Dimensions. This collection pushes boundaries with edgy textures and forms.

Behind the scenes, working on a new custom furniture piece. Every detail is thought through, from the initial sketch to the final product.

Me and the team inspecting a prototype. Craftsmanship is everything, and we work closely with our fabricators to ensure every piece is perfect.

Even small details matter. We designed our own custom switches cast in aluminum, using motifs from our "Gatoo" mascot. They’re not just switches; they’re part of the design story.

About this collection

When I design a space, I don't stop at the layout. I obsess over the details, like custom aluminum switchboards cast with our mascot's motifs or marble consoles carved from single stone blocks. If you want a home that feels like a showroom floor, you can go anywhere. If you want a space that feels like you—down to the very last knob—that is where we start.

Most furniture you find in showrooms is designed for the masses, not for your specific room. I work differently. I treat every console, dining table, and hardware piece as a sculpture. Take my Monster Collection. It did not start with a catalog; it started with a wild idea to carve massive marble blocks into functional art. It creates an immediate impact, not just another piece of furniture to walk around.

Beyond the big statement pieces, I look at the micro-details. Those aluminum cast switches you see? We modeled those after our own mascot, Gatoo. We wanted them to have weight, to feel substantial, and to connect to the rest of the design story. It is about bringing together diverse elements—whether it is custom rugs with Jaipur Rugs or specific marble finishes from The Quarry—to ensure the home flows perfectly.

When we take on a project, we are not just placing items. We are thinking about how a piece of furniture changes the room's energy. Maybe it is a floating sink that highlights the view, or a coffee setup that is completely hidden under the counter. The point is to strip away the clutter and replace it with pieces that have a soul. If you are tired of seeing the same catalog items in every friend’s house, let us talk about building something that nobody else has.

I am Karan, and I would rather build something a bit weird that works than something safe that is boring. I get obsessive about the small stuff—like custom switches and marble consoles—because that is what makes a house feel like it is actually yours.
