Outdoor Living and Terrace Designs for Modern Homes
I believe your balcony is just the beginning. I design these spaces to be seamless extensions of your home, blending the comfort of the indoors with the freedom of the open air.
The deck एरिया of Project 86. We created a relaxing outdoor lounge with a vertical garden, wooden floors, and backlit Vondom furniture. It's the perfect spot for a sundowner with a view of the ocean.
This is the terrace attached to a bedroom in the "Agra Fort Project." We used artificial turf and gorgeous backlit furniture from Vondom to create a cozy, low-maintenance outdoor space.

About this collection
Stop treating your balcony like a storage unit. In one of my recent projects, we added a floating ledge that acts as a physical extension of the bar, making it the perfect spot for drinks and sundowners. It is those small, intentional details that change how you use your outdoor space, turning it from a place you just look at to a place you actually hang out.
When I look at an empty terrace or balcony, I do not just see square footage. I see a chance to create a vibe. Many people hesitate to use their outdoor spaces because of the maintenance involved, especially in a city like Mumbai. That is where the design choices come in. For example, in the Agra Fort project, we used high-quality artificial turf instead of real grass because it is low-maintenance, looks sharp, and stays green without any fuss.
My approach is to blur the lines between inside and out. We use sliding glass doors to connect the living room to the terrace, so your physical space feels larger. I often bring in backlit furniture like the Vondom range to set the mood for evening relaxation, and I make sure the lighting layout is layered so it doesn't look like a harsh street lamp. Whether it is a small deck for a quick smoke or a full rooftop garden with a pergola, the goal is simple. Make it a spot you actually want to be in. If you are worried about furniture holding up against the weather, we handle the selection of materials that can take the sun and rain. Let us sit down and figure out how to make your terrace the best room in your house.
