Fitness is not about the wins, it is about the days when you do not feel like showing up. This is the reality behind my training.

Welcome to Episode 1 of my series, 'Life of a Desi Boxer.' A boxer's day starts when most of the world is asleep. This is a glimpse into my discipline, my passion, and the daily grind.

Work hard in silence, let success make the noise. This is the philosophy. The training in the dark is what prepares you for the lights of the ring.

"Dekhna, ek din sab sahi ho jayega." (One day, everything will be alright). This is the mindset. We fight through the hard times, knowing that better days will come. Until then, we keep working.

You chose this path. You owe it to yourself to see it through. This is a reminder that on the hard days, you remember your 'why' and keep pushing.

Patience is the key. In boxing and in life, you have to wait for your moment, stay composed, and keep working towards your goal.

The weight cut is on. This is one of the toughest parts of being a fighter, requiring immense discipline and mental fortitude.

Another shot from the weight cut process. Feeling the grind but staying focused on the goal.

In the zone during a weight cut. It's a lonely process, but this is where champions are made.

"Aab to hadd he hogyi hai" (This is the limit now). Seeing the number on the scale was a wake-up call. This video marks the start of my weight loss journey, sharing my full workout routine to get back to my fight weight.

Another check-in on my weight loss journey. This workout was a tough one, but every session brings me closer to my goal.
