People often ask how we keep the taste the same for a century. The secret isn't a shortcut; it's the specific system my father built for our Bedmi Puri and alu ki sabzi. While others adapt, we follow the exact steps our ancestors laid down, which is why customers who visited us 50 years ago still find the exact flavour they remember today.
Our story started in 1925 as a small shop in Bhogal. My father, Sultan Singh ji, gave us the name 'Kadimi,' which literally means 'the oldest.' It was a simple beginning, but he set a standard for quality that became our foundation. We have now grown to four generations, with the youngest now helping in the shop.
Why Tradition Matters
We do not believe in 'modernizing' recipes for the sake of speed. Whether it is our Moti Boondi Laddoo or our festive favourites like Ghewar and Gunjiya, the process remains time-intensive because that is the only way to get the true taste. When you order from us, you aren't just getting sweets or snacks; you are getting the same consistency that has served weddings and pujas across Delhi for decades.
