About From Concept to Reality
We do not just hand over a set of drawings and leave. Our architects stay on-site through critical construction milestones—checking column placements, verifying material cladding, and coordinating with contractors—to ensure that what you see in the initial 3D render is exactly what stands when the building is finished.
Architecture is not just about the final photograph. It is about the hundreds of decisions made on-site while the building is being constructed. Our process is built on a simple premise: maintain design integrity from the first sketch to the final coat of paint.
Our Process
- Design & Modelling: We begin with iterative 2D floor plans and move into photorealistic 3D rendering. This phase is where we finalize material selections—whether wire-cut brick, Corten steel, or exposed concrete—so you know exactly how the building will look and perform.
- Technical Documentation: Before we break ground, we prepare detailed working drawings, MEP layouts, and joinery details. These serve as the technical instructions for your civil contractors and prevent costly errors during the build.
- Execution Support: This is where we ensure the quality of the final product. We conduct periodic site supervision, approximately two visits per month, to coordinate with vendors and ensure that structural and aesthetic specifications are met on the ground.
Whether it is a luxury villa on Epsilon or a commercial build on Church Street, our physical presence on-site ensures that the architecture remains true to the original concept. We handle the technical coordination with engineers, ensuring complex features like cantilevers or large-span glazing are executed with precision.
