Our design process, demystified
We believe good design is transparent design. Here is how we move from the initial site visit to the final handover, covering every technical detail along the way.
This video breaks down the reality of the design process. We show the extensive list of steps we manage, from site dimensions and permits to technical drawings and material selection.
Good design relies on precision. This reel shows the level of detail that goes into our technical drawings, including external elevations and isometric views for custom furniture.
A behind-the-scenes look at our team at work. We use 3D modeling software to create detailed visualizations, allowing clients to walk through their space virtually before construction begins.
Here's a quick glimpse of a 3D render being finalized on screen. This is a crucial step where we refine the design, materials, and lighting to match the client's vision perfectly.
About Our Design Process
Good design is about precision, not just visuals. Before we order a single tile or mix a paint shade, we generate detailed electrical layouts, isometric furniture views, and structural drawings so your final space isn't just Pinterest-worthy, but perfectly functional.
We know the design process can feel like a black box. That is why we treat our process as a collaboration, not a mystery. We move through clear, documented phases to make sure your space is built right the first time.
1. Site Analysis and Planning
Everything starts on-site. We don’t just take measurements; we perform soil context studies and sun-path analysis to ensure your space gets the right natural light and ventilation. This informs our 2D floor plans and furniture iterations, ensuring the layout actually makes sense for your daily life.
2. The Technical Heavy Lifting
This is the phase most people don't see, but it matters the most. We handle the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts, detailing every switch point, lighting loop, and plumbing pipe. We also prepare all the necessary sanction documentation for local authorities, so you can skip the paperwork.
3. Visualizing Your Space
We use high-definition 3D renders and virtual walkthroughs so you can step inside your home before a single brick is laid. This is where we finalize materials, from WPC decking to custom cabinetry, ensuring the finish matches the vision.
4. Execution and Supervision
We don't just hand over drawings and disappear. We provide a Bill of Quantities for material estimation and conduct periodic site visits to check reinforcement and lintel levels. Whether it is a luxury home transformation or a simple interior refresh in Bengaluru, we stick around to ensure the quality on-site matches the plan on paper.
