Our Design Process: Turning 3D Architectural Renders Into Reality
We believe in full transparency from the first sketch to the final reveal. Here is how we bridge the gap between initial visualization and the actual construction on-site.
Trust the process. This video shows how a complex idea for a chevron marble inlay floor is translated from a detailed technical drawing to a beautifully executed reality on site by skilled artisans.
A behind-the-scenes look at the 3D visualization process. It takes an entire team of architects, visualizers, and consultants to bring these rendered spaces to life, and we are grateful for our amazing collaborators.
Blending history with innovation. This collage documents the construction of our Aurohouse project, showing how a new structure rises above a 55-year-old house, fusing past and present.
From a floor plan to a fun-filled reality. This video shows the in-progress creation of a kids' play area, demonstrating how we translate our drawings into functional and exciting spaces.
Getting there. This is a raw, on-site look at how we visualize spaces, make decisions about feature walls, and manage the process of bringing a high-end apartment interior to life.
The final push. This video captures the energy on site as a project nears completion, with marble floors laid and the framework for custom cabinetry going in, all against a stunning city view.
The magic of transformation. See how a bare, concrete apartment shell is completely reimagined and rebuilt into a luxurious, light-filled home, showcasing the dramatic before-and-after of our design and build process.
About this collection
The biggest surprise our clients often mention is that the final space feels more layered and nuanced than the initial 3D renders. This is not magic; it is intentional site supervision. Whether we are aligning brass profiles for a complex chevron marble floor or stripping back a feature wall to remove distracting electrical switchboards, we make design decisions right on the floor to ensure the proportions are perfect in real life, not just on a screen.
Seeing a space come alive is the best part of what we do. Our design process is built around the idea that a beautiful drawing is just the starting point. The real work happens in the translation—moving from concept to construction.
From 3D Concept to GFC Drawings
Before we begin any civil work, we develop detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings. These aren't just pretty pictures; they are technical manuals for our contractors. We define everything, from the exact looping of electrical wires to the tiling patterns of Italian marble. This preparation is how we ensure that what we visualize in 3D is exactly what gets built at your site in Bengaluru.
The Collaborative Entourage
We don't build alone. Our process relies on a team of engineers, glazing vendors, and stone suppliers who understand our standards for quiet luxury. When you visit a site with us, you won't just see a project manager; you will see a collaborative effort to ensure structural coordination meets aesthetic goals. This is why we are proud to say our finished projects often surprise our clients by being better than the renders.
On-Site Decision Making
No design is ever 'finished' until the last cushion is placed. We believe in being present at key milestones—plinth, slab casting, and finishing. If we see a light fixture that isn't setting the right mood, or a joinery detail that needs refinement, we change it. This agility is what allows us to integrate greenery, lighting, and textures into a space that feels like a sanctuary, rather than a showroom.
