This is my pride and joy, the eggless Biscoff Baked Cheesecake. It has a perfectly crumbly crust and a rich, creamy cheesecake base, all topped with a generous layer of Biscoff spread and crunchy biscuit pieces.

This is the story behind my Orange Chocolate Teacake. It’s pure nostalgia, inspired by the orange candies from my school days. I use real orange juice and zest to get that authentic flavour, no artificial anything.

When strawberries are in season, my kitchen is filled with them! Here’s a look at our winter strawberry menu, featuring everything from layered cakes and dessert tubs to chocolate-dipped strawberries.

My Tiramisu Dessert Tub is a fan favourite for a reason. It has layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone, all packed in a convenient tub that’s perfect for sharing or enjoying all by yourself.
