Sawan ka mausam and the Ghewar cravings are back. We have kept our family recipe alive for three decades, bringing you the authentic taste of Rajasthan right here in Delhi.

Passing down love, wrapped in Teej traditions and the sweetness of our Ghewar. This video captures the beautiful ritual of gifting and celebrating with loved ones.

A trio of my signature Ghewars. I've given the traditional recipe a little twist with delicious Rose, Pista, and classic Malai toppings.

A festive Teej thali, beautifully arranged with our different Ghewar varieties, bangles, and other traditional items. This is what celebrations are all about.

A close-up of my Malai Ghewar, generously topped with sliced almonds and pistachios. It’s the authentic taste of Rajasthan, made fresh right here.

Each Ghewar is packed with care in our custom boxes, ensuring it reaches you fresh and beautiful. This Malai Ghewar is ready to be gifted.

Here I am, sharing the story behind our Ghewar. It's a tradition from Jaipur that we proudly continue, using the best ingredients to create this seasonal delight.

POV: You are a Ghewar Paglu! That feeling when you open a box of our fresh, delicious Ghewar is just priceless.

It makes me so happy to see my customers like Aakanksha Sharma enjoying our sweets during their Teej celebrations.

That bite of pure happiness! Seeing my customers enjoy our mithai is the reason I do what I do.

About Sawan & Teej Specials: Our Ghewar Legacy

Please note that our Malai Ghewar is at its best within 24 hours, as the fresh cream needs to be kept cool. If you are planning a Teej or Rakhi celebration, I recommend you pre-order at least one day in advance so we can prepare your box fresh for store pickup.

For us, Ghewar is not just a seasonal mithai. It is a legacy. My father brought this traditional Rajasthani recipe to Paschim Vihar 30 years ago, and we have kept the process exactly the same. The Sawan season is special because the humidity and temperature actually keep the Ghewar moist, but it takes a trained hand to get the net-like texture just right.

While the classic Malai Ghewar remains the fan favourite, I love to experiment with modern twists. We now offer Rose and Pista flavours, which have become huge hits for festive gifting. Because we are a family-run shop, we do not believe in mass-producing these batches. Each disc is fried, soaked in sugar syrup, and garnished by hand, ensuring you get the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness.

Whether you are looking for a single box for a family pooja or bulk orders for your office clan, we have you covered. You can pick up your fresh batch from either our Paschim Vihar or Karam Pura location. If you are ordering for a specific date like Raksha Bandhan or Teej, please give us a heads-up so we can manage the rush and ensure your sweets reach you in perfect condition.

I grew up watching my father perfect these recipes in our Paschim Vihar shop. Today, I keep that same spirit alive by making sure every box of Ghewar that leaves our kitchen carries that exact taste of tradition.
