About Our Story & Craftsmanship
When we started in 1995, it was just a tiny kitchen and a dream. Today, while we have been named the Best Dessert Brand of the Year, our process remains unchanged: everything is still handcrafted from scratch. We do not use industrial mixes or preservatives. If you see a floral arrangement on a basket or a delicate glaze on a tart, know that it was finished by our own hands, just as it was thirty years ago.
Baking is more than a business for us, it is how we tell our story. What began in 1995 as a mother-daughter passion project has grown into a space where tradition meets modern patisserie. We believe that when you order a cake or a hamper, you are inviting us into your celebration, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our kitchen is the heart of the operation. We do not rely on machine-made, mass-produced items. Every fudgy brownie, Belgian truffle, and Mithai Tartlet is made with fresh ingredients we source carefully. Our approach to 'Fusion Sweets' comes from our desire to keep tradition alive while making it accessible for modern palates in Delhi NCR. We love taking an old-school recipe, like a traditional Indian mithai, and reimagining it with the precision of French baking techniques.
We are also deeply personal about the presentation. We treat the packaging with the same care as the ingredients. Whether it is a rigid gift box for a wedding announcement or a tray for a corporate event, we handle the ribbons, the fresh flowers, and the custom tags personally. We see our role not just as bakers, but as partners in your special moments. We are grateful for every birthday, baby shower, and holiday table where our treats have had a seat.
