About Acoustic & Unplugged Sets
When I perform acoustic, I keep things super versatile. It is either just me on vocals and keys, or a duet with a guitarist. We do not need a massive sound system for these sets, which makes them perfect for venues where space is tight but the vibe needs to be spot-on. If you are planning an event in Bangalore, I usually recommend booking at least a month out to make sure my team and I can coordinate with the venue's sound setup.
Why Choose an Unplugged Set?
Sometimes, you do not need a massive concert-grade PA system or a full band to get the mood right. Acoustic sets are all about connection. Whether I am performing solo or as a duo with a guitarist, we focus on the raw storytelling of every track. My acoustic sets usually feature a blend of English Pop, Soul ballads, and soft rock classics—think Ed Sheeran or Adele—alongside my original music if you are looking for something fresh.
Perfect for Any Setting
I have performed everywhere from cozy Bangalore cafes like Bamboo Cafe to smaller wedding ceremonies and private house parties. The beauty of this setup is how it fits into the background without disappearing; it is perfect for attentive listening. Because the setup is minimal, typically vocals and one instrument, it is the most flexible option if your venue has size constraints.
What You Need to Know
For an acoustic duo or solo set, I come prepared with my own instruments and a vocal mic. The main thing I need from your side is access to the venue's sound system (speakers and a mixer). If you are hosting an event at a venue without a sound system, let me know when we chat. We can usually figure out a solution. My sets are usually up to 120 minutes, which we can split up or play continuously depending on how your event flows.
