Inventive Indian Fine Dining in New Delhi
A glimpse into the soul of Indian Accent, where tradition meets innovation through our signature tasting menus and inventive small plates.
Our Daulat ki Chaat is an ethereal cloud of milk, saffron, and nuts, presented with a touch of theatre. This iconic dessert captures the magic we strive for in every dish, a fleeting moment of pure delight.
Here, our Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra presents the Rawa Crusted Sea Bass. The fish is paired with a sol kadhi, a traditional cooling drink from Maharashtra reimagined as a sauce, whose tartness perfectly complements the delicate sea bass.
Watch as we plate our creamy burrata, pairing it with crisp lotus root papdi and a sharp mustard-tomato jam. It’s a dish of beautiful contrasts, where familiar chaat flavours are elevated with nuance and texture.
Our slow-braised lamb shank, so tender it falls off the bone, is served in a deeply layered sauce and paired with crisp lotus stem for a playful crunch. This dish is where texture meets depth, and tradition finds its modern table.
Who says street snacks can’t have a little sparkle? Our semolina puchkas, a beloved street food, are dressed for the occasion with five flavour-packed waters and a side of nostalgia, served with fine-dining elegance.
We take our breads seriously. Here, our fluffy mini naans are generously topped with freshly shaved black truffle, transforming a humble staple into a moment of pure luxury.
Our New Delhi restaurant is a sanctuary of light and silence. The glass-enclosed dining space is surrounded by a tranquil water feature, creating a serene backdrop for a memorable meal.
Every dish begins with a gesture. A press, a fold, a sprinkle, each carrying years of skill and stories. This is a look at the art in every touch, where flavour is shaped by hand and perfected with care.
Even icons pause for Daulat ki Chaat. We were delighted to host Priyanka Chopra as she enjoyed one of our most iconic desserts, a moment that beautifully captures the joy our food brings.
For 13 consecutive years, we have been honoured to be on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. This recognition fuels our passion and our quest to keep pushing the boundaries of what Indian food can be.
About Featured
Booking your table requires a ₹1,000 advance per head to secure your spot for our 2 to 2.5-hour tasting experience. Once confirmed, come prepared for a 6-course journey that balances familiar street flavours with global influences, like our signature Daulat ki Chaat and truffle-topped naans.
Our Culinary Philosophy
At Indian Accent, we believe dining should be a conversation between tradition and innovation. We take the ingredients of home, from street-side puchkas to the comfort of dal, and dress them for the tasting table. Our 6-course Chef’s Tasting Menu is designed as a journey; it begins with an amuse-bouche and progresses through chaat, appetizers, and a main course, each dish carefully sequenced to build a narrative of taste.
The Experience
Whether you opt for the standard tasting menu or the version paired with international wines curated by our sommelier, you will find our approach is one of 'inventive Indian' cuisine. We do not just serve food; we present texture and balance. Consider our Bread Bar, where we reinvent the humble naan with black garlic or parmesan, or our desserts, which blend old-school mithai with modern techniques.
