Signature Molecular Cocktail Session (2 Rounds)
The Liquid Artistry
- Two Signature Rounds: Access to the award-winning menu. Includes complex pours like the "Kulfi" (Gin, saffron, almond, milk clarified) or "Inverted Marigold Sour".
- Technique: Drinks utilize advanced methods like clarification (24-hour prep), molecular foams, and sous-vide extraction.
- Premium Spirits: Bases include high-end imported Gin, Vodka, Tequila, or craft Indian blends (Hapusa/Greater Than).
Service & Ambiance
- Setting: Seating in the dimly lit bar area or lounge overlooking the reflection pool (subject to availability).
- Bar Nibbles: Includes a complimentary serving of chef's choice snacks, such as blue cheese naan bites or spiced nuts.
Booking Policy
- Advance Payment: A non-negotiable INR 1,000 per person advance is required to secure the table, which is adjusted against the final bill.

- 6-Glass Flight: A progressive journey pairing one glass (approx. 75-90ml) per course.
- Wine Profile: Features "New World" and "Old World" labels capable of handling Indian spice. Expect labels like South African blends (The Wolftrap), Italian Whites (Cortese), or Indian Reserves.
The Experience
- Sommelier Service: Detailed guidance on flavor notes and why acidity or tannins work with specific dishes like the Soft Shell Crab.
- Hardware: Varietal-specific glassware (Riedel or equivalent) changed for every wine style and served at precise temperatures.

We see food and drink as a proper jugalbandi (collab) - both need to vibe together. Our mixology & wine program is all about keeping things fresh and exciting, where the drinks play off the kitchen’s creativity.
Cocktails, But Make It Indian
We don’t just make cocktails, we flip desi classics into something new. Like the Kulfi cocktail - imagine your nani’s kulfi, but with gin, cardamom, and saffron. The Inverted Marigold Sour? That’s marigold vodka, bright and floral. For those who like some spice, The Picante has tequila, chilli, and lime. And if you’re into funky flavours, Twisted Homeopath brings whisky and jalapeno brine together. Jamun cocktail - it’s basically summer in a glass, all purple and punchy.
Wine That Gets Indian Food
Wine pairing with Indian food isn’t some fancy gimmick here. We’ve got Kevin Ken Rodrigues curating matches that actually work with our food’s masalas and textures. Mourvèdre-Viognier with lamb shikampuri or Champagne with aloo tikki - it’s about finding the right balance, not just pouring whatever.

My Story
Cooking, for us, is like chatting with old friends and new ideas. Our food is called 'inventive Indian' for a reason - we mix the comfort of home flavours with bits from our travels.
