About A Taste of Celebration
Our festive menus are fleeting by design. We build them around specific calendar moments, from the comforting, slow-cooked depth of our Ramzan Iftar offerings to the bold, winter-warming flavours of our Christmas and New Year feasts.
These seasonal experiences are more than just a change of ingredients. They are a deep dive into the essence of an occasion. When we plan a festival menu, we start by deconstructing the memories associated with it. For our Ramzan feast, that meant bringing back the slow-cooked haleem and pairing it with aromatic saffron bakarkhani, while introducing modern elements like a meatball tagine with quinoa tehri to keep the palate surprised. During the winter holidays, we pivot towards robust, celebratory plates like our tandoori roast turkey with sage pistachio butter, balanced by lighter, inventive desserts like our black carrot soft serve. Because these menus are anchored to specific dates, they are often available for only a short window. We recommend planning your visit early, as these limited-time tasting experiences tend to fill up quickly, particularly for dinner seatings on public holidays and festival weekends.
