About Modern Indian Fine Dining
Why We Do What We Do
We’re obsessed with making Indian food feel new but still familiar. Our plates start conversations - between tradition, street flavours, and modern twists. If it looks easy, trust me, it’s been rehearsed a hundred times. Every dish is layered, balanced, and meant to be an experience, not just a meal.
How We Take You On A Journey
The best way to dive in is through our Indian tasting menu experience. It’s a multi-course trip through our signatures and seasonal creations, sometimes with a surprise from chef friends around the globe. If you like choosing your own pace, our à la carte menu has favourites and offbeat picks.
What’s On The Plate
Vegetarian? You’ll spot ghee roast soya boti, paneer lasagna with smoked aubergine, creamy burrata with lotus root papdi, and tamatar with makhan malai.
Non-veg lovers can expect meetha achaar pork ribs, Kanyakumari crab, rawa crusted sea bass, and smoked duck shaami.
Bread Is Serious Here
Our Signature Bread Bar is where we get playful - parmesan chur chur paratha, black garlic naan, all baked fresh and served with black dal, chutneys, and pickles. Simple, addictive. Just tear and dip, yaar (buddy).
Sweet Endings
Desserts mix old-school mithai with modern ideas. Daulat ki Chaat is like biting into a milk cloud, dodha burfi tart is rich, and mishti doi cannoli is a surprise.
The Space
Our New Delhi spot is sleek, warm, and modern - open views, soft lights, and a chill water feature. It’s made for nights you’ll remember.
Our Story
We’ve been called India’s No. 1 restaurant and featured on Asia’s 50 Best. These are milestones, not finish lines. Our quest? Keep pushing what Indian food can be.

My Story
Cooking, for us, is like chatting with old friends and new ideas. Our food is called 'inventive Indian' for a reason - we mix the comfort of home flavours with bits from our travels. Ever tried black garlic naan? It's like butter naan but with a twist, and our team pours heart into every dish. Awards are nice, but nothing beats seeing someone surprised by a familiar taste, made fresh.
My Work
Inventive Indian Fine Dining - We serve progressive tasting menus, à la carte options, and a bread bar with creative twists.
Modern Indian Flavours - Familiar street snacks and classics, like pulled jackfruit phulka and daulat ki chaat dessert, reimagined.
Unique Dining Experience - Our space is calm, bright, and every detail is set for a memorable meal.
Bread Bar Highlights - Try the parmesan chur chur paratha or black garlic naan - each bread is a star.
Progressive Indian Cocktails - Our cocktails use rare ingredients, like kulfi and chilli, for stories in a glass.
