We’re obsessed with making Indian food feel new but still familiar. Our plates start conversations - between tradition, street flavours, and modern twists. The best way to dive in is through our Indian tasting menu experience. It’s a multi-course trip through our signatures and seasonal creations, sometimes with a surprise from chef friends around the globe. If you like choosing your own pace, our à la carte menu has favourites and offbeat picks.

What’s On The Plate

Vegetarian? You’ll spot ghee roast soya boti, paneer lasagna with smoked aubergine, creamy burrata with lotus root papdi, and tamatar with makhan malai.
Non-veg lovers can expect meetha achaar pork ribs, Kanyakumari crab, rawa crusted sea bass, and smoked duck shaami.

Bread Is Serious Here

Our Signature Bread Bar is where we get playful - parmesan chur chur paratha, black garlic naan, all baked fresh and served with black dal, chutneys, and pickles. Simple, addictive. Just tear and dip, yaar (buddy).

Sweet Endings

Desserts mix old-school mithai with modern ideas. Daulat ki Chaat is like biting into a milk cloud, dodha burfi tart is rich, and mishti doi cannoli is a surprise.

My Story

Cooking, for us, is like chatting with old friends and new ideas. Our food is called 'inventive Indian' for a reason - we mix the comfort of home flavours with bits from our travels. Ever tried black garlic naan? It's like butter naan but with a twist, and our team pours heart into every dish. Awards are nice, but nothing beats seeing someone surprised by a familiar taste, made fresh.
