This is where it all begins: a mood board discussion with the client and my team. We use these sessions to align on materials, colors, and the overall feeling of the space, ensuring the project starts with a strong, shared vision.

Before a single wall is painted or a partition is installed, we align on every detail, from the material texture of a retail display to the specific joinery details for office furniture. This means you will see me and my team on-site, measuring and refining, ensuring the final build matches the initial 3D visualization.

The Design Phase
We start by translating your brand identity into visual concepts. We create mood boards and material palettes that define the tactile feel of the space, whether it is the warmth of a cafe or the clean lines of a corporate office. During this stage, we also produce detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, covering everything from electrical looping and switchboard heights to plumbing points and ceiling plans.
Precision in Planning
For commercial projects in Bengaluru, spatial planning is critical. We focus on zoning and flow, ensuring your team has the space to work while maintaining the privacy needed for meetings. Our 3D walkthroughs allow you to see the elevation and layout long before construction begins, preventing costly changes later.
Execution & Site Supervision
My team handles the technical heavy lifting, including MS and glass partitions, networking setups, and commercial-grade flooring. We provide an item-wise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to assist with transparent contractor selection. Because I believe design is not just about aesthetics, I conduct multiple site visits during critical milestones—marking, civil work, and finishing—to ensure the project quality meets our standards.
