Our Signature Architectural and Interior Projects

A collection of our work where modern design meets the practical realities of daily life. From light-filled courtyards to tailored home interiors, these spaces reflect the stories of the people who live in them.

This living space from our Twin Courtyard project embodies our core design philosophy. We opened the room to a lush, green central courtyard, flooding the interior with natural light and creating a seamless connection between the home and nature for a truly soulful living experience.

We believe every part of a home should be beautiful and functional. Here, a modern pooja room with traditional wooden pillars and a floating teak staircase coexist harmoniously, both illuminated by a double-height skylight that forms the spiritual and architectural heart of the home.

Our award-winning kitchen designs focus on clean lines, smart functionality, and natural light. This kitchen from the Cube House project uses a contrasting palette of dark laminates and warm wood, with an open layout and large window to create an efficient and inviting cooking space.

A staircase is more than just a connection between floors; it's a central feature. We designed this semi-cantilevered teak wood staircase with wide lower steps for informal seating, creating a functional, modern, and pet-friendly space for the whole family to enjoy.

For this hotel in Shimoga, we created a sense of warm minimalism. The design blends clean, modern aesthetics with rich wooden textures and soft, layered lighting to provide guests with a luxurious yet comfortable and grounded retreat.

Our architectural work focuses on creating a strong connection with the environment. The facade of the Prakash Reddy residence uses a balanced composition of wood, stone, and glass, surrounded by tropical landscaping to create a modern home that feels integrated with its green surroundings.

We reinvent traditional spaces with a contemporary lens. This pooja room features a custom-carved teak wood lotus as a serene backdrop, flanked by glowing backlit onyx marble and accented with brass inlays, creating a space that is both modern and deeply reverent.

About this collection

What you see in these images isn't just aesthetic—it’s driven by a focus on ventilation, natural light, and the specific needs of your family. In our Twin Courtyard house, for example, we split the courtyard to balance the building's massing, ensuring sunlight reaches deep into the living areas while creating functional transition spaces. Every element, from the semi-cantilevered staircases to our material palette of wood and onyx, serves a specific purpose in creating a home that feels open, airy, and truly lived-in.

Our design process begins with a simple, foundational question: why? We do not believe in copy-paste designs. Whether we are transforming a Bangalore apartment into an open-plan sanctuary or designing a commercial studio, our approach remains the same—we listen to the space and the people occupying it.

We specialize in modern tropical interiors that bring the outdoors in. By integrating skylights and courtyards, we ensure our homes breathe, reducing the need for artificial lighting and creating a constant connection to nature. We are equally comfortable working with the raw, structural elements of architecture as we are with the fine details of interiors.

For example, our award-winning kitchen designs in projects like the Cube House focus on clean, handleless lines and smart storage, proving that high functionality can look sophisticated. Similarly, our pooja room designs reinterpret traditional motifs—like gopurams or lotus patterns—using contemporary materials like backlit onyx and brass, creating spaces that feel reverent without being dated.

Our work is rooted in practical, sustainable architecture. We use BWP-grade plywood, Hafele hardware, and natural stone to ensure that your home isn't just beautiful on day one, but remains functional for years to come. Whether you need a pet-friendly staircase or a completely redesigned commercial facade, we are here to collaborate on a space that fits your lifestyle perfectly.
