Most of what you see on social media is the after photo. Our site work is where the real decisions happen, like finalizing electrical points while the false ceiling is still framing, or adjusting wardrobe hinges on the fly. When you see our process, you are seeing exactly why our furniture does not creak and why our modular kitchens actually fit the space.
We call this phase The Messy Middle for a reason. Renovations are loud, dusty, and usually chaotic. That is exactly where our architect-led approach kicks in. Instead of just passing drawings to a third-party vendor, our team is on-site managing the daily grind.

- Civil & Structural adjustments: Ensuring the wall is actually straight before the custom woodwork goes in.
- Carpentry Precision: Using BWP marine plywood and machine-pressed edge banding to ensure your cabinets last through the humidity.
- Site Management: Ensuring our team shows up on time, finishes the job, and leaves without a pile of debris.
