Our Residential Architecture Build Journey in Bengaluru
Architecture is not just the final photo. It is the mud, the sweat, and the trees we save. See how we move from sketches to the reality of your dream home.
A walkthrough of the 'Drishya' project as it nears completion, showing the open spaces and connection to the garden taking shape.
'Unboxing soon!' A sneak peek at a project in Nagarbhavi, revealing the grand interior volumes and staircase before the final finishes.
A work in progress in JP Nagar, showing the wooden window frames and ceiling details being installed.
The early stages of construction in Tumkur, where the home is oriented to capture the best views of the Devarayanadurga Hills.
New beginnings. Before we even break ground, I spend time with the trees of namma Bengaluru, planning how to build around them.
A view from a construction site in Tumkur, where the design is inspired by the hills that have started talking to me.
A site visit where the existing landscape is so powerful that my job as an architect is simply to respond to it.
About this collection
Every building is a negotiation between the site’s reality and our design vision. Whether we are planning a layout around existing trees in Tumkur or checking joinery details in JP Nagar, we are on-site to ensure the 'Technoarchitecture' philosophy holds up. If the concrete, light, and shadow are not working in harmony, we fix it—well before you move in.
The build process is where a 'Kanasu' (dream) moves from a digital render to a tactile, living space. It is not just about stacking bricks. Period.
The Site Reality
My architectural process relies heavily on rigorous site supervision. We do not just hand over a set of drawings and vanish. We are on-site to monitor structural compliance—from complex cantilevered balconies to the precise placement of magnetic lights in false ceilings. Whether it is a project in Nagarbhavi or the outskirts, the goal remains the same: the reality must match the vision.
Materials and Nature
If you look at our sites, you will see raw materials like clay bricks, Corten steel, and exposed concrete left to age with dignity. We do not hide the character of the plot. Instead, we orient living spaces to capture views—like the Devarayanadurga hills—or to prioritize the cooling shade of a preserved tree. The landscape is a partner in the design, not an afterthought.
Technical Coordination
Beyond the aesthetics, we handle the invisible heavy lifting. Plumbing methodology for wet areas, electrical loops, and integrating landscape contractors to conceal utilities are standard practice. We bridge the gap between an architectural concept and the physical reality of a home you can actually inhabit. We handle the drawings and the dust so you get the home you imagined.
Techno Architecture
I am Rajesh. I believe architecture is about listening—to the land and to you. We do not just build structures; we craft spaces where you actually want to live, blending raw materials with the lush greenery of our city.
