Factory-Finished Laminate Woodwork
Core Specifications
- Structure: 18mm/19mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade Plywood (Century/Greenply or equivalent ISI standard).
- External Finish: 1mm thick High-Pressure Laminate (Merino/Royale Touch/Greenlam) in Suede, Matte, or Gloss.
- Edge Banding: 2mm PVC Edge Banding, Machine-Pressed using PUR/EVA glue for a seamless, peel-resistant finish.
- Internal Finish: 0.8mm White or Off-White balancing laminate for easy maintenance.
Hardware & Fittings
- Mechanism: Soft-close hinges and telescopic/quadro channels by Hettich / Hafele.
- Handles: Installation of standard profile handles or client-supplied knobs.
- Accessories: Stainless steel cutlery trays (kitchens), hanging rods, and basic organizer accessories.
Execution
- Method: Off-site factory cutting and edge banding with on-site modular assembly.
- Technical: Basic shop drawings generated from Architect's CAD files before production.
Premium Veneer & PU Millwork
Material & Finish
- Core Material: 19mm BWP Marine Grade Plywood calibrated for zero-undulation.
- Surface: Premium Natural Veneer (Group 1-3 species like Oak, Walnut, Teak) applied with book-matching or slip-matching.
- Polish: Multi-coat PU Polish (Polyurethane) finish in Matte, Satin, or High-Gloss (includes sanding and sealing).
Custom Detailing
- Fabrication: Complex carpentry including Fluted/Ribbed paneling, curved shutters, or chevron patterns.
- Fusion Work: Integration of Rattan/Wicker (Cane) or fluted glass inserts into shutter frames.
- Hardware: Installation of premium hardware (Blum/Hafele) and designer handles (Brass/PVD).
Management
- Samples: Polish samples provided on actual veneer for approval.
- Integration: Coordination for LED profiles inside joinery and stone/countertop alignment.
Turnkey Civil & Site Execution
Civil & MEP Services
- Civil: Demolition, masonry, plastering, and floor tiling installation (vitrified/ceramic).
- Electrical: Grooving, wiring (Polycab/Finolex/Havells), DB installation, and fixing of switch plates (Legrand/Schneider).
- Plumbing: CPVC/UPVC piping modifications and installation of sanitaryware/CP fittings (Kohler/Jaquar).
Ceiling & Wall Finishes
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board false ceiling (Saint Gobain/Gyproc) with GI framing, coves, and pelmets.
- Painting: 2-3 coats of Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale/Dulux Velvet) with base putty and primer.
- Fabrication: Basic window grills and glass works.
Site Management
- Supervision: Dedicated Site Supervisor to manage labor, masons, and electricians.
- Process: Execution strictly as per Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings provided by the Architect.
- Handover: Coordination of vendor timelines, site cleaning, and snag list clearance.

How We Work
We handle the site headaches - last-minute changes, on-the-spot fixes, and client panic calls. Our Production Head deals with the “Kaam kab khatam hoga?” (When’s the work getting over?) so you don’t have to.

My Story
We’re Humble Carpenter, artists who swapped paintbrushes for power tools. Started out with just a sketchbook, Wi-Fi, and our cat (emotional support, obviously). Half our lives chasing carpenters, the other half arguing about 'bas ek chhota kaam hai' at 6 PM. Now, we’ve built a team that actually shows up, fueled by chai and dad jokes. We love the chaos, the dust, and making homes that feel like stories. Could be chilling, but honestly, this is way more fun.
