We don't use high-speed factory lines. Every jar is filled, labeled, and sealed by hand in our Najafgarh kitchen. When you order from us, you aren't getting something mass-produced from a warehouse. You are getting a product that we carefully packed, taped, and dispatched with the same attention we would give if we were sending a care package to our own relatives.
Our process is defined by patience rather than speed. Because we avoid chemical preservatives, the way we handle our ingredients matters. We source local produce and process everything in small batches to ensure that the natural shelf life is maintained without artificial additives. When you see the jars in our gallery, you are seeing the result of hours spent cleaning, chopping, and roasting in heavy pans.
