When you order, I do not pull a pre-made sponge from a freezer. I bake specifically for your delivery slot, ensuring your cake is as fresh as possible. In these videos, you will see me crumb-coating the layers and preparing my own fillings—that is exactly the same care and attention I put into every order that leaves my kitchen.

Transparency is at the heart of what I do. Being a home baker means I have full control over the quality of every ingredient that goes into your dessert. Whether it is a simple vanilla sponge or a multi-tier chocolate truffle creation, my eggless baking process relies on real ingredients and zero preservatives.

My Process

Everything starts with your idea. Once we lock in a design, I plan the bake timeline so your cake is ready exactly when you need it. I use a standard crumb-coat process for all my cakes, which locks in moisture and keeps the structure stable before I apply the final frosting or fondant details. This is why my cakes stay soft even after travel across Noida and the NCR.

Hygiene & Quality

I am FSSAI certified, so safety is my priority. My kitchen is cleaned and sanitized before every batch. I use non-dairy whipped cream and fresh fruit or homemade compotes for fillings, avoiding canned options whenever possible.

Customization

Because I do everything from scratch, I can adjust almost anything. Want less sugar? A different flavour for each tier? A specific character theme for a birthday? Tell me what you need, and I will figure out how to make it work. I treat every order as if I am baking for my own family, which means no shortcuts, just honest, homemade goodness.
