Everything that leaves my kitchen is 100% eggless and homemade. I do not use pre-mixed powders or preservatives. I use real ingredients like fresh fruit, quality chocolate, and non-dairy whipping cream. Because I bake in smaller batches in my home in Noida, I can ensure every layer is moist, flavorful, and safe for your guests.
Design & Flavors
- Customization: We can mix and match flavors for multi-tier cakes. Love chocolate but want a fruit-based tier? We can do that.
- Styles: From minimalist, elegant designs with fresh flowers to playful, structural fondant work, I am happy to experiment based on your Pinterest inspirations.
- Quality: I am FSSAI certified, so you have peace of mind regarding the hygiene and standards of your celebration cake.
A Few Things to Note
- Lead Time: Because my work involves hand-sculpting toppers and fresh preparation, please reach out at least 3–4 days before your event. This ensures I have time to craft the details perfectly.
- Transport: For large, multi-tier cakes, I use reinforced internal support structures. I will advise you on the best way to handle the cake during transit to keep it looking pristine until the cake-cutting moment.
