Every detail you see, from the hand-painted landscapes to the fondant jungle animals, is crafted right here in my Gurgaon kitchen. I do not use pre-made toppers or shortcuts. I model everything by hand so that what you get is fresh, completely eggless, and made specifically for your order.
The Craft of Custom Baking
People often ask how I get the details so precise on my cakes. The answer is simple, though it takes time. I don't buy ready-made plastic toppers. Whether it is a fondant giraffe for a jungle theme or a delicate sugar daisy, I sculpt it myself.
Why Practice Matters
I believe the best way to get better is to keep working with the ingredients. When I have leftover cream, I don't just put it away. I use it to practice palette knife painting or refine my piping techniques. This is how I learned to paint directly onto cakes with edible colours. If you see a landscape or a sunset painted on a cake in my gallery, that is the result of those hours of practice.
The 'Freshness' Promise
Because I bake from home in Sector 48, I follow a strict rule: nothing is pre-made. When you order, I plan the bake timeline so the sponge is fresh. Since I use no preservatives, this process is essential. It is the reason my cakes taste different from mass-produced ones. If you have a theme in mind—no matter how complex or unique—I am happy to talk through whether it can be done with fondant, paint, or piping.
