We start with the basics like a moist, eggless sponge in flavors like fresh pineapple, chocolate truffle, or roasted almond, and then move to the styling.

I specialize in thematic elements that tell a story. Common requests include:

Freshness & Logistics
Every cake is baked fresh to order in my FSSAI-certified kitchen in Sector 78, Noida. I do not use pre-mixes or chemicals, relying instead on real, fresh fruit and high-quality ingredients.
I offer pickup from my home bakery or can arrange for delivery across the National Capital Region. For complex structural cakes or those requiring significant fondant work, I recommend getting in touch a few days in advance so I have enough time to prepare your decorations properly.
