Goalies get extra attention here. I run workshops with national-level keepers, focusing on advanced hockey goalie drills and real-game situations. From basics to high-pressure penalty corners, my aim is to make you confident guarding the net.
Get Strong: Fitness That Matters
If you want to play modern hockey, you need power and stamina. I mix strength and conditioning for hockey players into every age group’s routine. Expect agility ladders, core exercises, and high-intensity hockey workouts. Sometimes it feels like punishment, but honestly, it works.
Game Sense: Tactics & Rink Hockey
Tactics matter as much as fitness. I prep you for all game formats, even Rink hockey tactical training under the Sanpada flyover. We break down drills, focus on passing, ball control, and on-the-run techniques. No shortcuts - just solid practice.

On-field, I get vocal. You’ll hear me say, "Bend down, face karo!" (Bend down, face it!) or "Marking karo, samjha?" (Do man-marking, understood?). I push for discipline because that’s how we grow. It’s tough, but it brings out your best.

My Story
We’re Hockey Navi Mumbai, not just a team but a bunch of people glued together by hockey. Started with a simple idea - let’s make hockey big here. Coach Deepa, ex-national player and our Wonder Woman, juggles her job and us, giving her all. Festivals, tough matches, birthday bumps—sab kuch (everything) we do together. We’re about helping kids, growing together, and making hockey a family thing.
My Work
Hockey coaching for all ages - We train toddlers, sub-juniors, juniors, seniors - boys and girls, anyone keen to play.
Specialized goalkeeper training - Our goalie sessions are hands-on, focusing on sharp reflexes and basics.
Strength & conditioning hockey camps - We run camps to build stamina and fitness, open for all levels.
Team spirit and fun - Practice isn’t just drills. We celebrate wins, birthdays, festivals, and push each other.
Discipline and grassroots hockey coaching - On-field, you’ll hear us shout ‘आगे जाओ!’ (go forward!) and ‘मैं marking करो!’ (do the man-marking!). We’re strict but lively.
