About Advanced & Goalkeeper Training
You do not need to buy a full kit to start learning. Our goalkeeper sessions provide essential rental gear including leg guards, kickers, and helmets, so you can train on turf immediately. We also record basic smartphone footage during drills, allowing you to see your own stance and angle corrections right there on the field.
Modern hockey is not just about strength, it is about decision-making under pressure. In our advanced modules, we focus heavily on the mental aspect of the game. Whether it is a penalty stroke in a high-stakes match or positioning during a fast-paced rink game under the Sanpada flyover, we break down every movement.
Our coaching philosophy is simple: we are honest about what you need to improve. When I tell a player to do man-to-man marking or to face the attacker, it is because that specific tactical discipline is the difference between winning and losing. We train in small groups of 15 to 20 to ensure every player gets the attention they need during scrimmages.
For our goalkeepers, the curriculum covers reaction training, penalty stroke defense, and the 'Making the V' technique. We use Astro Turf facilities to simulate real sliding conditions.
