My work has always been a constant investigation into how lesser known narratives from our mythology resonate with contemporary audiences. Whether I am performing a traditional Margam or a thematic production like Shikhandi, the goal is always the same: to move beyond technical perfection and touch the emotional core of the viewer.

Why Research Matters in Performance

Many reviews point to the depth of research behind my choreography. This is not incidental. Before a single step is performed, I spend months examining sculptures, philosophy, and old texts. When a critic notes the 'Chola lines' or 'Phad technique' in my presentation, they are seeing the fruit of this process. It is this academic foundation that allows my performances to stand out as both a spectacle and a study.
