About Finding Your Voice: Public Speaking & Monologues

When a child first walks into our studio, they might be too shy to even say hello. We do not jump straight into long speeches. Instead, we start with simple theatre games and mime, letting them get comfortable on stage before we ever hand them a script. By the time they stand behind that microphone, they are doing it because they have learned to enjoy the spotlight, not because they are forced to perform.

Our Method: From Shy to Spotlight

We focus on building confidence, not just performing. We use improvisation, mime, and role-play to help children naturally overcome stage fright. Every session is designed to make them feel safe, turning what is usually a scary task into a playful activity. By removing the fear of judgment, we see kids open up, articulate their thoughts better, and develop genuine communication skills that serve them well beyond our studio.

Trinity College London Prep & Technical Skills

For students aged 7 and above, we provide structured training for Trinity College London exams. While the focus is on fun, we are rigorous about technique. We work on speech clarity, breath control, and voice modulation. This prepares them for real-world scenarios, whether it is participating in school debates, emceeing events, or delivering presentations with poise.

A Second Home in Mumbai

We operate out of studios in Churchgate and near Lal Baug, but we want every space to feel like a second home. Our batch sizes are kept small, typically between 8 and 12 children, ensuring that every student gets individual attention. This environment encourages friendships and peer-to-peer learning, where older kids often help the younger ones, creating a supportive community that stays with them long after the term ends.

We are Reshmma and BBijal. We started Happy Kidds to be a second home where kids feel safe enough to make mistakes and grow. Watching our tiny tots turn into poised young speakers is the best part of what we do, and we are just happy to be part of their journey.
