About Creative Dance and Movement
Why We Do What We Do
I love seeing kids light up when they move. For me, creative dance and movement is about more than steps - it’s about helping children feel strong, happy, and confident in their own skin. The stage isn’t just a spot in the room, it’s that feeling of courage bubbling up inside.
What Happens in Our Sessions
Our classes are more like playtime than lessons. We start with music, gather in a circle, and let the kids explore expressive movement for children. Sometimes we go barefoot - it helps them connect with the space and feel free. We use simple props and playful movement activities to build skills:
- Balance beams, hopscotch rings, and lines for balance and control
- Jumping, skipping, and group poses for coordination and strength
- Stretching and obstacle courses that make them stronger without feeling like a workout
How Kids Grow Here
While they’re busy having fun, I see them grow every day:
- Physical literacy for kids: better balance, coordination, and strength
- Improved focus and listening, just from playing together
- Confidence that sticks with them, even outside the studio
Our Space
Our studio is a happy place - warm, welcoming, and full of encouragement. Every child gets to be themselves, move how they want, and feel safe. No pressure, just pure joy in movement.

My Story
Hey, we’re Reshmma and BBijal. Started Happy Kidds with just one kid - now, hundreds of families, wow. I’m a child psychologist, BBijal’s a communication coach, but honestly, we’re just two folks who love seeing kids find their spark. Our place feels more like home than a classroom. The best part? Watching our tiny tots grow up, come back, and teach the new batch. Full circle, and man, it’s magic.
My Work
Speech & Drama, Communication, Dance, Storytelling, Trinity Exam Prep - We run classes for kids from toddlers to teens - speech, drama, creative movement, storytelling, and Trinity College London exam prep.
Confidence Building - We help shy kids stand tall. It’s not just acting, it’s prepping them for life.
Feels Like Home - Kids feel safe here. Parents say it’s like a second home, a space for friendships and big talks.
Fun Learning - Mime, dance, art, group chats - our sessions are all about laughter, imagination, and creativity.
