In this two-hour session, we guide you through a simple introduction to your seven chakras and lead a gentle energy healing exercise, perfect for beginners looking to awaken their inner energy and find peace.
About Mindful Relaxation & Energy Work
It is not just about the breathwork or the chakra balancing. The best part happens right after the session during our Chai & Chat time. We sit down, have tea, and just talk. It is a space where you can leave the stress at the door and actually connect with people who are looking for the same calm you are.
Most people walk in feeling a bit burnt out and walk out feeling like they have finally exhaled. We keep our groups small, usually 8 to 15 people, so it never feels like a lecture. You will find yourself on a comfortable floor mat in our colorful studio, surrounded by ambient music and the scent of essential oils. We start with the basics, so no experience is required. Whether we are doing sound healing or exploring your seven chakras, everything is explained in simple, beginner-friendly terms. We do not believe in long, draining courses. You pick the session that fits your schedule, show up, and let us handle the rest. We even provide the mats and worksheets. By the end, you have got a clearer head and a new bunch of friends to grab tea with. It is real, it is refreshing, and honestly, it is the best way to spend a weekday morning.
