About this collection

When creating a classic rose bun or a modern textured updo, the most common mistake is failing to prep the hair correctly. In my academy, we start with foundation work—using the right heat protection and volumizing sprays—so that the finished look doesn't just stay in place for the ceremony, but remains comfortable for the client all day.

The beauty of a perfect updo lies in the balance between precision and texture. In our sessions, we move beyond basic pinning. We cover the entire architecture of a hairstyle: how to section hair for maximum volume, how to create that signature pluffy look, and most importantly, how to secure heavy South Indian accessories like fresh flowers so they do not slide.

I often tell my students that practice is everything. That is why every student learns these techniques on real human models, not dummies. You will learn to handle different hair textures, fixing extensions for added fullness, and applying traditional tassels so they stay secure.

Whether you are a beginner or an artist looking to upskill, my course modules cover:

  • Foundation styling: blow drying and micro-crimping.
  • Bun artistry: creating intricate rose patterns and structured braided updos.
  • Modern embellishments: placing butterfly pins, floral arrangements, and delicate hair jewelry.

You are not just learning a hairstyle; you are learning how to solve client problems. When you leave the academy, I want you to feel the confidence of knowing exactly what to do when a bride asks for a style that needs to survive a long ceremony or a humid outdoor event.

I started this academy to show women that they can build a career on their own terms. When you learn a style here, it is not just about the bun; it is about the confidence to handle any hair type, from fine texture to thick, unruly locks.
