I am a South Indian bridal artist specializing in intricate hairstyling and saree draping. In my academy, I teach every technique I know to help women build the confidence to launch their own professional careers.

This is the quintessential South Indian Muhurtham look that is so close to my heart. I created this traditional bridal braid, known as a Poola Jada, featuring a full arrangement of fresh jasmine flowers and authentic temple jewellery, or Jada Billai, for a divine and timeless appearance.

For a softer, more romantic bridal style, I designed this intricate fishtail braid adorned with a cascade of delicate pink flowers. This look is perfect for pre-wedding events like an engagement or sangeet, blending traditional braiding techniques with a modern floral touch.

A classic, elegant updo is perfect for a reception or cocktail party. I crafted this textured messy bun to look effortlessly chic, finishing it with a delicate, leaf-inspired crystal accessory to catch the light beautifully.

This half-up, half-down hairstyle is one of my most requested looks for its blend of elegance and glamour. I styled the hair in soft, cascading waves and added a beautiful pearl hair accessory for a touch of modern sophistication.

This is a beautiful example of a classic bridal bun, perfect for a reception. I created an intricate braided bun and surrounded it with vibrant fresh flowers, a look that is both traditional and stunningly beautiful.

My Story

Started out just wanting to make pretty styles, now I run my own studio and academy. For me, it’s all about helping other women feel confident. Had a client once, she said 'chennagilla ansodu' (felt it’s not nice) after a bad saree draping. We took our time, gave her a look she loved. My students, from Udupi, Hassan, everywhere – some scared to even hold a curler. Now they do bookings with pride. South Indian culture, those intricate braids and beautiful sarees of Namma Bangalore, that’s what I live for. Once my student, forever family.
