About The Foundation: Strength & Flexibility

We do not believe in rushing the process. Every session at our Noida academy starts with a dedicated conditioning block involving specific core work, wall climbs, and controlled flexibility drills. This is the 'paseena' (sweat) phase where the real gymnastics training happens—before the student ever attempts a vault or a bar routine, they build the functional strength required to handle their own body weight safely.
