About Balance & Poise on the Beam

Unlike high-impact floor work, our beam sessions are about controlled tension and core stability. We always start on low-height beams to remove the fear of falling, which allows kids to focus entirely on their hand placement and body alignment. You will see our coaches actively spotting students during these early stages, keeping a hand close until they gain the steady rhythm needed to graduate to regulation-height apparatus.
