About Our Academy, Coaches & Champions
If you see a gymnast landing a perfect flip, you are only seeing the result of hours spent falling and getting back up on our mats. We do not just teach moves, we teach the grit to get back on the beam after a stumble, just like you see in our practice sessions.
At Vijay Sri Gymnastics Academy, we believe in real progress over polished marketing. Our training philosophy is built on three pillars: discipline, consistent effort, and a whole lot of 'Shaabaash'. Whether it is a toddler finding their balance or a teen working on a back handspring, we focus on the process.
Our facility in Noida Sector 141 is designed for serious training. We run a large, warehouse-style arena equipped with a sprung floor, foam pits, and regulation-height beams. We do not have central AC, but our industrial cooling keeps the floor comfortable enough for intense sessions.
We break our training into two streams:
- Artistic Gymnastics: This is all about power and technical precision. We start with conditioning and work our way up to vault, bars, and beam.
- Rhythmic Gymnastics: Here, we combine dance, flexibility, and coordination with apparatus work like balls and hoops.
Every coach on our team is a practitioner, not just a bystander. We are on the mats with your kids, spotting them during jumps and pushing them to add that extra bit of power.
