When I cater a party, I don’t rely on store-bought sauces or frozen bases. Whether it’s a red sauce pasta or a thin-crust pizza for a kids' party, I make the sauce from fresh tomatoes and the dough by hand, ensuring every bite is healthy, preservative-free, and cooked fresh for your gathering.

Many people ask me why a 'home food' chef bothers making pizza sauce or pasta from scratch. The answer is simple: control. When you buy pre-made sauces or pizza bases, you end up with hidden preservatives and artificial additives that just don't belong in a healthy meal, especially if you are feeding kids or serving a crowd.

My approach to continental and fusion food is exactly the same as my South Indian cooking. I use fresh, raw ingredients—ripe tomatoes, fresh garlic, herbs, and high-quality flour—and transform them in my own kitchen.

Why my continental catering is different:

  • No Canned Purees: My tomato-basil soup and pasta sauces are simmered from scratch. You can taste the difference when fresh tomatoes are used instead of concentrates.
  • Kid-Friendly & Healthy: Parents love my continental menu because they don't have to worry about MSG or soda in the bread. I adjust the spice levels to suit toddlers and kids, ensuring they actually eat their meal without the tummy trouble that sometimes comes with fast food.
  • Freshly Prepared, Not Frozen: Whether it is a batch of Macaroni Pizza for a birthday party or veggie-loaded thin-crust pizzas, the food is prepared right before your event. This means the crust remains crisp and the flavors stay vibrant, not soggy or stale.
