Our Fitness Community Events and Workshops
We are more than a gym; we are a movement. From city-wide marathons to specialized weekend workshops, we keep our community active, connected, and constantly learning.
We were honored to lead the warm-up session for the Matsyathon 2025, organized by the College of Fisheries. It's always great to be part of community events that promote health and fitness.
We love our job because we get to make people dance. It was a joy to host this fun dance fitness session for kids at a local event.
We had a special opportunity to kick off Diwali celebrations with the "Moms of Mangalore" group. We led a dance session that included children with special needs, and our hearts are full from the pure joy and smiles we shared.
Congratulations to the winners of our 50-Day Shape Up Challenge. Their incredible results in weight loss, fat loss, and BMI transformation are a testament to their dedication and hard work.
We love to celebrate fitness with a party. This flyer announced our 90-minute fitness bash, a free event for the community featuring Zumba, Kombat Fit, and Pump Fit.
A look back at our fitness milestones from 2023. From marathons and college workshops to in-studio challenges, it was a year of sweating, laughing, and growing stronger together as a community.
We regularly host free events and workshops for the community. This flyer details a week of activities including a demo yoga session, a self-defense workshop, and kids' activities.
About this collection
We don’t just host events to sweat; we host them to educate. Whether we are leading the warm-up at the local Matsyathon or running self-defense workshops for Women's Day, every session is designed to build real-world skills and confidence, not just burn calories.
Fitness is a social science. When you train with a group, your effort output increases because of social facilitation—a concept we apply to everything we do. That’s why we take our training beyond the studio walls in Mangalore and Bengaluru.
Our community events, including the 50-Day Shape Up Challenge and our partnerships with groups like 'Moms of Mangalore', are built on the same rigorous standards as our personal training. We aren’t interested in fads. We organize kids' fitness sessions to tackle sedentary habits early and free self-defense workshops because practical safety is a life skill, not a luxury.
By connecting with local institutions like the College of Fisheries for the Matsyathon, we bring movement to the streets. You’ll find us hosting weekend fitness parties, not because we want a crowd, but because discipline is easier to maintain when you have a crew holding you accountable. Every workshop, from Hatha Yoga demos to martial arts introductions, is grounded in proper form and functional mechanics. Join us for our next event—come prepared to work.
Gex Fit
We started as Group Ex Fitness to get people moving, but now we’re GEX FIT—focused on the science of real change. We’re here to show you that fitness isn't just a gym membership; it’s a lifestyle you build with a crew that keeps you honest.
