About Our Work & Collaborations
Our commitment to fitness science extends beyond the gym, as seen in our collaboration with The Yenepoya University to integrate a formal 'Fitness Management' course into their degree syllabus. We developed this curriculum to teach students that true fitness is built on physiology, biomechanics, and recovery, rather than popular trends or guesswork.
At GEX FIT, we transitioned from general group training to science-driven coaching because we realized that most people—and most programs—are training blindly. By bringing our methodology into university lecture halls, we are training the next generation to prioritize sustainable health, proper biomechanics, and long-term metabolic function.
This academic work reinforces everything we do in our one-on-one personal training sessions. Whether we are helping a student understand muscle protein synthesis or working with a private client to break a strength plateau, we apply the same rigorous, evidence-based approach. We cut through industry misinformation by focusing on four core pillars: nutrition, science-based training, rest, and hormone management. Our goal is to ensure that every participant, whether at the university level or in a personalized coaching program, walks away with the knowledge to manage their own fitness for life. We don't believe in magic pills or restrictive diets; we believe in discipline, research, and data-backed routines.
