Why I Love Green Spaces

I’m happiest when I see things grow. Whether it’s my balcony dalim tree or a tiny herb, I believe every kind of space deserves a touch of nature. My work isn’t just design - it’s about bringing Earth Care and People Care to life. I follow permaculture garden design, so I always think about how a garden can work with nature, not against it.

What We Can Do

• Small balcony? Big backyard? Doesn’t matter. I’ve helped create urban balcony gardens in Mumbai flats and cozy green corners in lift lobbies. Each space gets a plan that feels like you.
• Want butterflies and birds? I’ll choose plants that make your spot butterfly-friendly, with a riot of colours.
• Like the idea of picking your own mint or mulberries? We can set up edible plant selection for herbs, fruits, and veggies right at home.
• Need a garden to be event-ready for a Mehendi or just a place for chai and pakodas? I’ll design for both quick makeovers and full transformations.
• If you like water features or wooden decks, I build those too. Pergolas, pathways, stone fountains - whatever suits your vibe.

How I Work

• I’m big on jugaad (resourcefulness). First, I look at what you already have - reusing plants and materials is always my first step.
• I pick plants that actually thrive in Mumbai’s weather and your lifestyle. No point putting fussy plants in shady corners.
• Busy with life? I set up automatic drip irrigation so you don’t have to think about watering every day.

Some things take time - not every plant survives, and Mumbai’s heat can be tough. But I’m hands-on and practical about what works, and I’ll be honest about what doesn’t.
