Planters & Pots
- Railing Planters: 5 to 6 UV stabilized plastic rectangular planters mounted on balcony railings.
- Floor Pots: 2 Medium (12 to 14 inch) ceramic or fiber pots and 4 standard 10 to 12 inch filler pots.
- Hanging Baskets: 2 Hanging pots with metal chains.
Plant Selection
- Statement Plants: Height giving varieties like Areca Palm or Ficus for corner pots.
- Flowering & Trailing: Seasonal bloomers (Hibiscus, Roses) and cascading Money Plants.
- Soil: Nutrient rich red soil and manure mix.
Logistics
- Transport & Labor: Material delivery to apartment floor and full setup by team.
Artificial Turf & Pebble Flooring
Artificial Turf
- Specs: High density grass carpet with 35mm to 45mm pile height.
- Look: Bi color mix of green and dry thatch fibers to simulate natural grass.
- Fixing: Cut to size and pasted using industrial SR glue or double sided tape.
Decor & Finish
- Border: 4 to 6 inch wide edge created with polished white river pebbles.
- Drainage: Ensuring water flow to floor drains remains unblocked.
- Grooming: Post installation sweeping to lift grass fibers.
Vertical Green Wall Setup
Structure
- Grid System: Black modular plastic skeletal frames mounted securely to the wall.
- Components: Heavy duty fasteners and lock in black planting cups.
Planting

- Varieties: Hardy foliage like Golden Pothos, Syngonium, and Ferns (pattern creation included).
