Site Visit & Design Consultation
Scope of Visit
- Physical Survey: Visit by a company representative to the location.
- Measurements: Laser measurements of floor area, railing height, and wall dimensions.
- Technical Assessment: Analysis of sunlight direction, wind factors, and drainage points.
Design & Deliverables
- Requirement Analysis: Discussion on usage needs (pet friendly, seating, etc).
- Material Showcase: Walkthrough of mood boards and samples (grass swatches, vertical garden types).
- Quote: Preparation of a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and final estimate.
- Note: Fee is adjustable against the final project bill if confirmed.

Flooring & Base
- Artificial Turf: High-density grass mats (35mm-40mm pile height). Soft feel and water-porous.
- Pebble Border: White or polished river pebbles (2-4 inch width) for edge finishing.
Plants & Decor
- Potted Plants: 8-12 plants selected based on light conditions (Snake Plant, Areca Palm, etc).
- Planters: Standard durable plastic or terracotta pots (8-10 inch) in uniform colors.
- Vertical Element: 1 basic trellis with hook planters OR a small artificial foliage patch (2x2 ft).
Lighting
- Solar Accents: 1-2 solar stick lights or a battery-operated string light set.

- Dual-Texture: Combination of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) interlocking deck tiles and artificial grass.
- Preparation: Basic floor cleaning and leveling.

- Vertical Garden: High-density artificial green wall (20-30 sq ft) using Boxwood or Tropical Mix panels.
- Ceiling Treatment: Bamboo rolling blinds or partial wooden rafter look to conceal pipes.

- Seating: 2-seater outdoor wicker/rattan sofa set with table OR a premium bistro set.
- Decor: Curated items like a Buddha statue, small water feature, or lanterns.

- Mature Planting: Large plants and small trees (Champa, Ficus) in heavy-duty FRP planters.
- Automation: Drip irrigation system with timer for automatic watering.
