Full Balcony Transformation Package
Flooring & Base Layer
- Surface: Installation of high-density artificial turf (35mm to 45mm pile height) for a lush feel OR interlocking weather-treated wooden deck tiles.
- Edging: White polished marble-finish river pebbles creating a 4 to 6 inch border for drainage and contrast.
- Prep: Surface cleaning and leveling prior to installation.
Vertical & Wall Elements
- Trellis Work: 2 to 3 units of wall-mounted pinewood trellises varnished for weather resistance.
- Privacy: Optional installation of green net or artificial ivy screen for neighbor-facing sides.
Plant Scaping
- Planters: 8 to 12 colorful railing or trellis-mounted pots (UV-treated plastic or powder-coated metal).
- Varieties: Mix of low-maintenance, air-purifying plants like Spider plants, Money plants, and Syngoniums.
- Soil: Lightweight coco-peat based mix to reduce structural load.
Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: Includes 1 Single-seater Swing Chair (Egg/Teardrop shape) with stand and cushion OR a Bistro set (2 chairs + 1 table).
- Ambiance: Installation of warm-white LED strip lights or fairy lights along the ceiling or trellis.
Logistics
- Service: Material transport and 1-day installation labor included.
Vertical Green Walls (Live or Artificial)
Structural Framework
- Framing: Mounting of a rust-proof metal grid (MS Galvanized or Aluminum channel) securely anchored to the wall.
- Waterproofing: Application of a waterproof PVC board or heavy-duty liner to protect the original wall from moisture.

- Option A (Live Wall): Geotextile pockets or plastic modules with high-density plantation (8 to 10 plants per sq. ft.). Includes Automated Drip Irrigation Kit (Timer, Pump, pipes, and drippers).
- Option B (Premium Artificial): UV-resistant, fire-retardant artificial foliage panels with '3D' mixed textures to simulate ferns and tropical leaves.
Finishing
- Framing: Concealing side edges with wooden or metal trimming for a neat look.
- Features: Optional inclusion of central decorative elements like relief art or mirrors.
