About Architectural Salvage

When you bring a piece of architectural salvage home, you are not just getting a door frame or a pillar. You are getting wood that has already lived a life. We take these salvaged teak and rosewood finds, clean them, treat them against termites, and seal them with wax to ensure they last for decades. They arrive ready to install, retaining every bit of the original patina and history.

This central living space in Kuttiyil House is designed to be the family's gathering point. The double-height ceiling with a skylight, inspired by traditional courtyards, ensures the area is always bright and airy, while the mix of modern furniture and a traditional swing offers comfort and style.
The dining area in Kuttiyil House is defined by this custom-designed wooden partition. The leaf motif adds an artistic, natural element while creating a sense of separation from the living area without closing off the space, maintaining an open and connected feel.
