Romantic Bedroom Balloon Setup
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling Decor: 50 to 70 Latex balloons (Red, White, or Gold) attached to the ceiling using removable masking tape or glue dots. Includes hanging curling ribbons. Note: These are air-filled, not helium.
- Floor & Bed Scatter: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered to fill the space.
- Foil Elements: 1 Standard "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", or "I Love You" foil letter set (16 inches) plus 2 to 3 heart or star-shaped foils.
Romantic Add-ons
- Floral Touch: Approx. 500g fresh rose petals arranged to write a name or form a heart shape on the bed/floor.
- Hanging Photos: Option to clip 10 to 15 printed photos to the hanging ribbons (photos provided by client or printed if sent in advance).
Execution Details
- Duration: Setup takes 45 to 60 minutes.
- Takedown: Self-service removal (balloons popped or peeled off).
Cabana Canopy & Fairy Lights Experience
Canopy Structure
- Tent Setup: Pyramid or square canopy frame created using PVC pipes or bamboo (approx. height 6 to 7 feet), draped with sheer white net fabric.
- Illumination: 4 to 6 strands of warm white LED fairy lights interwoven with the drapes.
Theme Decor
- Balloon Garlands: 150 to 200 Metallic or Chrome finish balloons arranged in organic clusters running down the canopy sides.
- Message: "Just Married," "Love," or "Happy Anniversary" foil balloons displayed on the bed or backdrop.

- For engagement and ring ceremonies, I create intimate engagement backdrops with your names printed, plus balloon arches in classy shades.
- Haldi decor with marigold flowers (genda phool) is my jam - bright drapes, tassels, and a welcome board if you want.
- Bridal shower photo zone? I use foil balloons, neon signs, butterfly cutouts, and diamond ring shapes. Trends and Instagram vibes, sorted.
Anniversaries & Romantic Surprises
- Big or small anniversaries, I set up balloon rings, heart arches, and glowing “Happy Anniversary” signs. Milestone numbers light up for those special years.
- For romantic canopy decoration, I transform rooms with sheer fabric, fairy lights, and balloon clusters. Ceiling, floor, and even a dreamy canopy over the bed.
